This mission of the EU Global Facility’s team leader David Hotte and key expert on judiciary/CSO Mamuka Jgenti seeks to develop initial contacts with the Turkish Financial Intelligence Unit (Masak) as a way to plan cooperation between the Turkish authorities and the EU GF.
It will also aim to coordinate the regional and global efforts with other institutions such as the Council of Europe.
