The Prosecutors e-training is the second in a series of e-training designed for the prosecution service of the United Arab Emirates.
The five-day training targets representatives of the prosecution services and covers the general AML/CFT requirements and standards in this regard. Most specifically, it focuses on the operation of mutual evaluations by the FSRB and the IOs relevant to the target group.
This weekly training also explores the challenges and best practices regarding the prosecution and adjudication of AML/CFT cases by the national jurisdictions.
